To reset your password, simply select Forgot password? from the login page and enter your email address. Zoosk will email you a request to reset your password.
Depending on your email service provider, Zoosk’s communications may occasionally get blocked. If you don’t receive your email to reset your password, first check your spam folder. If you don’t see the email in your spam folder, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list then submit another request to reset your password.
