What should I do if I don’t receive my PIN while setting up Zoosk text messages?

If you’d like to receive text message notifications from Zoosk on your mobile phone, you’ll need to confirm your phone number by entering a PIN number Zoosk will text message you. Depending on your mobile service provider you may need to wait a few minutes to receive the text message.

If, after waiting, you still haven’t received a text message from Zoosk, double-check the phone number you entered to make sure it’s correct or contact Customer Support.

After receiving your PIN number, enter the number and select Validate Now to complete the setup. If, at any time, you’d like to stop receiving text messages from Zoosk, you can disable them from the notifications section in your settings.
