If you accidentally selected the wrong gender or sexual preference while signing up, you are allowed within the first 2 hours to change your information by visiting your profile and updating your information right away.
Changing your gender is slightly different depending on how you’re accessing Zoosk. To change your gender, follow the directions below for the device you’re using.
From your computer
- Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Click on your Zoosk profile photo at the top of the left navigation. This will take you to your profile.
- Under your Basic information, select Edit.
- Select your new gender and/or sexual preference and click Save.
From the iOS app or the Android app
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen
- Tap your photo or your nickname
- This will take you to your profile, scroll down and under the Basic section Tap Edit
- Select your new gender and/or sexual preference and tap Save.
From the web browser on your mobile phone
- Open your web browser, go to t.zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Click on the top left navigation menu.
- Click on your Zoosk profile photo at the top of the left navigation. This will take you to your profile.
- Under your Basic information, select Edit.
- Select your new gender and/or sexual preference and click Save.
If you would like to change your gender and it’s been over 2 hours since you signed up for Zoosk, please contact Zoosk Customer Support and we will adjust it for you.
