We’ve updated the way long-term subscriptions are billed to make payments more flexible and customer-friendly.
What has changed?
Previously, subscriptions with a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months were charged as a one-time payment at the start of the subscription.
Going forward, these subscriptions will be billed monthly instead of in one upfront charge.
When does this apply?
The change takes effect at your next renewal date
At renewal, your long-term subscription will be moved to a monthly billing plan
This will be a new 1-month plan, billed each month
Does the price change?
No.
Your monthly price stays the same as before.
This means:
Longer subscriptions still offer a lower price per month
You will not pay more per month than you did under your previous long-term plan
Only the billing interval has changed - not the value of your subscription.
Why are we making this change?
Monthly billing has several advantages for our customers:
Payments are spread out instead of charged all at once
Refunds can be processed more easily and faster, if needed
Better flexibility if your situation changes
Do you need to do anything?
No action is required.
The change will happen automatically at your next renewal.
