If you're not receiving email or push notifications, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Email notifications
Check your notification settings.
Make sure your email notifications are enabled:
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Notification Settings.
- Select the types of emails you'd like to receive.
- Click Save My Preferences.
Check your email folders.
Search your inbox and other folders, including:
- Spam or Junk
- Promotions
- Social
- Other filtered folders
Add Zoosk as a safe sender.
If you find a Zoosk email in your Spam or Junk folder, mark it as Not Spam or add Zoosk to your safe sender list. This helps ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
Push notifications
Push notification settings are managed through your mobile device.
To receive push notifications:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Select Notifications or Apps.
- Find and select Zoosk.
- Make sure notifications are enabled.
These steps are available on both Android and iOS devices, though the exact menu names may vary.
