If you think your account has been hacked and you're still able to log in, you may be able to secure your account by changing your password. If you think your account has been hacked and you’re not able to log in, contact Zoosk Customer Support.
Changing your password is slightly different depending on how you’re accessing Zoosk. To change your password, follow the directions below for the device you’re using.
From your computer
- Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Click on Settings in the menu on the left side.
- Select Account from the Settings menu. This will take you to your account page.
- Click on the blue pen symbol next to Password.
- Enter your current password along with your new one and click Save
From the Android app
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select the gear icon to go to your Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap on the edit icon next to Password
- Enter your current password along with your new one and tap Save.
From the iOS app
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. This will take you to your profile where you can tap the gear icon at the top left corner to get to your Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap on the edit icon next to Password
- Enter your current password along with your new one and tap Save.
