If you'd like to change your Search settings, for example in terms of the age range or distance, you can use search filters to create and save up to six custom searches.
To create, save and edit custom searches with search filters, follow the directions below for the device you’re using.
From a browser or mobile browser:
- Log in to zoosk.com.
- Mobile browser: Tap the menu (3 lines) at the top left of your screen.
- Select the filter icon next to "Search" from the left navigation.
- From the tab "New Search" you can create new saved searches and from the tab "Saved Searches" you can edit the existing ones.
- When creating or editing search filters, you first see the options to change the age range and distance. To see more options such as height, religion, kids, relationship history, and smoking habits, click/tap "Advanced Search".
- After selecting the filters you'd like to apply for a new search, you can save the search by clicking/tapping the "..." button, selecting "Save Search", giving your search a name and then selecting "Ok". If you are editing an existing search, click/tap "Save and Search". This will save and apply the search filters you’ve created.
From the iOS or Android app:
- Log in to your Zoosk app.
- Tap the menu (3 lines) at the top left of your screen.
- Tap the filter icon next to "Search".
- You can choose to edit the existing saved searches by tapping the pen icon or you can create a new search by tapping "Create New" (Android) or "Create New Filter" (iOS).
- When creating or editing search filters, you first see the options to change the age range and distance. To see more options such as height, religion, kids, relationship history, and smoking habits, tap "Advanced Search".
- After selecting the filters you'd like to apply, you can save the search by tapping the "Save and Search" (Android) or "Save and Browse" (iOS). If prompted, give your new search a name and tap "Save and Search" (Android) or "Save" (iOS). This will save and apply the search filters you’ve created.
Please note that the search filters only apply to Search and do not change your SmartPick introductions or who you see in Carousel.
