If you accidentally selected the wrong gender or sexual preference while signing up, you are allowed within the first 2 hours to change your information by visiting your profile in Zoosk Android or iOS app and updating your information right away.
To change your gender or sexual preference, follow the directions below.
From the iOS or Android app:
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Tap the menu (3 lines) at the top left of your screen.
- Tap your photo or your nickname to access your Profile page.
- Scroll down and under the section "Basics" tap "Edit".
- Select your new gender and/or sexual preference and tap "Save".
If you would like to change your gender or sexual preference and it’s been over 2 hours since you signed up for Zoosk, please contact Zoosk Customer Support and we will adjust the settings for you.
