Whether you can change your email address depends on how you originally created your Zoosk account.
If you signed up using an email address
If your account was created using an email address, you'll need to contact our Customer Support team to update it.
When contacting Support, please provide details about your account so we can help verify ownership and process your request.
If you signed up using Facebook, Apple, or Google
Your account is linked to the sign-in method you used when you registered.
This means:
- Accounts created with Facebook must continue to use Facebook to sign in.
- Accounts created with Apple must continue to use Apple to sign in.
- Accounts created with Google must continue to use Google to sign in.
At this time, it is not possible to switch a Facebook, Apple, or Google account to an email-based login.
