If you purchased your Zoosk+ subscription or Premium Messaging through the Apple App Store, all subscription management, billing, and cancellation settings are handled directly by Apple.

Important
- Zoosk cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
- Subscription changes must be made through your Apple account.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, even after automatic renewal has been turned off.
- Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription.
