Refund requests are handled differently depending on where you purchased your subscription.
If you purchased your subscription on the Zoosk website
If you purchased your subscription directly through the Zoosk website, please contact our Support team to request a refund.
When submitting your request, include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your purchase more quickly.
Our team will review your request and advise you of any next steps.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, your payment was processed by the app store and not by Zoosk.
To request a refund:
- Apple App Store: Submit your request through Apple's refund process.
- Google Play Store: Submit your request through Google Play support or directly through the Google Play app.
All refund decisions for App Store and Google Play purchases are made by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.

Important
The following actions do not automatically cancel your subscription or generate a refund:
- Updating the app
- Deleting the app from your device
- Deleting your account
To prevent future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately through the platform where it was purchased.
