If you feel you are getting too many emails, push notifications or text messages from Zoosk, you can easily adjust these settings from your account Settings.
Managing your notifications is slightly different depending on how you’re accessing Zoosk. To change what emails, push notifications, or text messages you receive, follow the directions below for the device you’re using.
From a browser or mobile browser:
- Log in to zoosk.com.
- Mobile browser: Tap the menu (3 lines) at the top left of your screen.
- Click/tap "Settings" on the left side.
- Select "Notifications".
- Select the notification type you wish to edit.
- Select either "Enable all" or "Disable all" and click "Save".
From the iOS or Android app:
- Login to the Zoosk app.
- Tap the menu (3 lines) at the top left of your screen.
- Tap the gear icon on the top to go to your "Settings".
- Tap "Notifications".
- Select the notification type you wish to edit.
- Select either "Enable all" or "Disable all" and click "Save".
If you want to unsubscribe from a specific email from Zoosk, you can click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email to stop receiving that kind of communication. As a member, you will continue to receive some service-related email messages from Zoosk even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages.
