Managing your text messages and notifications is slightly different depending on how you’re accessing Zoosk. To change what emails, text messages, or mobile notifications you receive follow the directions below for the device you’re using.
From your computer's web browser
- Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Click on Settings in the menu on the left side.
- Select Notifications in the Settings menu.
- This will take you to your notifications page where you can see a list of the types of notifications available and whether they are enabled or not.
- To disable or enable a notification type, select Edit next to the notification you would like to change.
- Select either Enable all or Disable all and click Save.
From the iOS app or Android app
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear icon to go to your Settings.
- Tap Notifications. This will take you to your notifications page where you can see a list of the types of notifications available and whether they are enabled or not.
- To disable or enable a notification type, tap the notification type you would like to change.
- Select either Enable all or Disable all and tap Save.
From a web browser on your phone or touch device
- Open your device’s web browser, go to t.zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Select the menu icon in the top left corner and then select the gear icon.
- Select Notifications. This will take you to your notifications page where you can see a list of the types of notifications available and whether they are enabled or not.
- To disable or enable a notification type, select the notification type you would like to change.
- Select either Enable all or Disable all and tap Save.
