If your credit card has expired or your payment information has changed, you can update your billing details based on where you purchased your subscription.
If you purchased your subscription on the Zoosk website
To update your payment information:
- Log in to your Zoosk account.
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- Select Manage Subscription again.
- Under Payment Methods, update your credit card or billing information.
- Save your changes.
Your updated payment method will be used for future subscription charges.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, your billing information is managed directly by the app store and cannot be updated through Zoosk.
To update your payment method:
- Apple App Store: Update your payment information in your Apple ID account settings.
- Google Play: Update your payment information in the Google Play app or your Google Account settings.
If an automatic payment fails
If a subscription renewal payment is unsuccessful, you may be prompted to make a manual payment to keep your subscription active.
When a payment attempt fails, an option to pay the outstanding balance will appear in your account. Once the payment is completed, your subscription benefits will continue without interruption.
