If your credit card payment was declined, one of the issues below may be preventing the transaction from being completed.
Check your card information
Supported card types
Zoosk accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Other card types are not currently supported.
Card number formatting
Enter your card number without manually adding spaces. Any necessary formatting will be applied automatically.
CVV (security code)
Make sure your card's security code is entered correctly:
- Visa, Mastercard, and Discover: 3-digit code on the back of the card
- American Express: 4-digit code on the front of the card
If your card does not have a CVV/security code, it cannot be used for online subscription purchases.
Check with your bank or card issuer
Available funds
Subscription purchases are charged as a single payment for the full membership term. Please ensure sufficient funds or available credit are available for the entire purchase amount.
Card validity
Verify that:
- Your card has not expired.
- The billing information entered matches the information on file with your card issuer.
Security restrictions
Some banks and card providers may block online transactions for security reasons. If you believe this may be the case, contact your card issuer to confirm that the payment has been authorized.
