The steps to cancel your Zoosk+ subscription depend on where you originally purchased it.
If you purchased your subscription through the Zoosk website
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- Select Manage Subscription again.
- Select your active subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a reason for cancellation.
- Select Confirm Cancellation.
Once your cancellation is complete, you will:
- See a cancellation confirmation message on screen.
- Receive a confirmation email.
- Continue to have access to Zoosk+ features until the end of your current billing period.
- Be downgraded to a free account when your subscription expires.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed directly through the platform where they were purchased.

Important
Canceling your subscription turns off future automatic renewals. It does not immediately end your current subscription or generate a refund.
